   I have long article posts that I have to break up using <!-- nextpage -->
   Id like to offer utility links such as you see on nytimes.com,

   • Single Page
   • Print Page

   though I am not uncovering anyway to do it.

   Print page is easy enough with js, but again, it would be preferable I think if it printed the whole post.
