I just try to implement nav structure like below
dl
dt [Single WP Page a]
dd [Single WP Page a#targetarea]
dl
dt [Single WP Page b]
dd [Single WP Page b#targetarea]
etc.
Absrtact from tne nav structure, IS IT POSSIBLE to implemet (In Loop or outside) link to a single WP Page without additional markup?
