I am curious to know if there is a way that I can choose to display all posts of a certain category onto a single page? What I want is much like using asides, but instead of appearing in the sidebar, I want it to be a page unto itself. I know I can just use the link to that category to show all posts, but how would I go about implementing that page link into my menu bar/pages at the top of my blog?

Michael, the post pages template works for what I need almost perfectly, except it's causing my sidebars to display underneath all of my content, rather then on it. I'm not sure how to fix this- I tried shifting some elements around, and even tried adding what I thought was the important part of the new page template into an existing one, but that just made it disappear completely. Any ideas?
