Since update to 3.8.1 can't access blog on safari

Hello,
I updated to 3.8.1 yesterday. Since then I can’t open my blog on Safari and Windows. I am able to access on Chrome.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I don’t know how to fix this. I would appreciate any help.
