Since some time no exif in my posts

    Hello,

    Ive been using your pluggin for some time now and it always has functioned great. But since a few weeks, its not working anymore. And I have no idea what has happend. I havent changed anything in my processing of the pictures or in my workflow with making posts. My site is http://www.wiggersrobert.nl and you can see from where it has stopped working. I can see no different in the pictures. I did start adding my copywright info in the meta data and thought that was the culprit so I stopped doing that. But its still not showing.

    Got any idea what so ever? I have the latest version 1.1.3.3 installed.

    Hey,

    Your more recent images just don’t have EXIF data in them. See the data associated with the most recent image: http://cl.ly/image/0c3S163v0N1u versus one with EXIF data: http://cl.ly/image/1U062r3O2V1x

    I can only assume that some small thing has changed in your workflow… You can probably pinpoint where the data is being removed by the fact that the copyright info is not being removed; so it’s either between downloading the image from the camera and adding the copyright info, or there’s another process down the way that removes everything except copyright.

    If you have started to use “save for web” in Photoshop that could be the culprit; it strips metadata to save space.

    Thank you for your answer. I think I have a new quest now: find the meta data 🙂
