I'm using simple tags to auto tag my aggregated posts (using wp-o-matic) - sometimes the posts get tagged, sometimes they don't - any clue how to get them to work together consistently?

Manual posts are tagged no problem.
The strange thing is, when I click 'Fetch' on a feed in WP-o-Matic, the posts do get tagged. The only posts that don't get tagged are the ones that are autorun via the cron job, which is exactly what I'm after :\ I'm thinking it's more of a wp-o-matic problem though.. or maybe authentication or something being that it's run via cron as opposed to me logged in. Anyone know for sure?
