   Hi Members

   i have a blog http://cricketfever.org installed on WordPress 2.7.1

   Today i installed the Simple Posts Thumbnail plugin & looks like many problems have started because of this, i am seeing this message on top of my dashboard

   I even tried removing it from logging into my File Manager via cPanel & deleting the plugin from plugins folder in wp-content but the problem still persists.
