   Dear WordPress Community,

   I am new to the community, and would like to ask how would I create a Member's List (people of a group) page with about 100x190 images that a user can upload themselves as a self-portait and on the right be a biography of that person. I would also like to see if I can have a user profiles, and send newsletters on upcoming events.

   May I ask if there's already a solution for this? I have looked into the plugin, "Members List", but only uses Gravatars.
