Simple image widget

Hi all,

I’ve been looking around for something like this for far too long, and I’m curious to know:
Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to upload an image that will automatically update in a widget?

I want to display a hyperlinked 300×200 image in my sidebar that I can change without having to mess around with the contents of the widget or any code (I’ll happily code and play with widgets to set it up, just not to change the image)

Anyone know of such a plugin?
Last resort is coding one if no one has any
