Simple Hashtag Issue

Whoever can help me with issue, will be a HUGE blessing. I rarely ever ask for help because with Google, you can find just about any answer. This issue is hard to find an answer.

When I click the tweet button at the end of a post, if the post has a #Hashtag, it will tweet the post with no name.

Example: If post is called “#FreeMusicFridays Silent H Dubbin Album”

If you click the tweet button at the end of the post, it will rename it to:

” http://lifeloveandmusic.net/free-music-dubbin-by-silent-h/ via @LifeLoveMusic1″

That post is real if you want to try it for yourself. I’m sure there is something in the CSS that I can’t find. Help please “/
