    I’ve been using this plugin for a long time now. It is very simple but gets the job done perfectly.

    Having the categories (which all FAQ plugins don’t provide) proved very handy for keeping an FAQ database well organized.

    Finally, the shordcodes available are pretty well done and make it easy to display only specific answers / categories.
