Tried to activate Simple CAPTCHA using WP 3.1 and received the following: "The plugin does not have a valid header."
Plugin wasn't visible on the Plugins page...but searching for it via the 'Add New' function showed that it was 'installed'. Deleted via FTP, problem gone. Ersh...
