simpla theme – unregistered users posting

hi mates!
I started with a simpla thame and I got a trouble. I want to provide the possibility for unregistered users to post. I ‘d like to put a link on the very first page to the http://www.domain.com/post.php site. Then after posting – I would moderate this post from my admin menu.
Please let me know how to do this….
