Signup / upload images

Hey,

I want users on my sight to be able to signup, then login.

After they have logged in i want them to be able to upload photos, which submits a post to moderation.

I can then moderate and it goes live on the site.

I would ideally like to use a plugin to avoid users from logging in into wp-dashboard.

Any ideas?
