Sign up useing ur own password not a email

Ok what i want to do is have my user signup with out need to wait for the email i just want it like this

Username : XXXXXXXXXXX
Password : ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Conferm Pass : ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Email ; XXXXXXXXXXXX@XXXlllll.com

And Boom Welcome they join no email stuff

or near that will work
