Sign up RSS gone? Social Media plugin too?

    I’m really new to WordPress. Almost done setting up my blog but somehow lost the sign-up form that was there when it was first loaded. I’ve been messing around with the Widgets but can’t seem to get it back.

    Also, would like any advice I can get for something that will help me integrate Facebook & Twitter with my Blog updates – as in, every time we add something to our blog, it will appear in FB and Twitter…
