sight name on log in pafe links back to wordpress.org

My wp-login.php seems to be messed up. My log in formed has moved to the left of the page instead of being centered like before. The name of my site is at the top of the page, but it links back to wordpress.org . I have disabled all my plugins to be sure they are not causing a problem. How do I get the normal login back. I have tried re-installing wordpress 3.3.2 with no results.
