Sideways scrolling on list pages

    Is it possible to set up WordPress so that the list of users, posts etc. scroll sideways. The way it is now everything is a bit bunched up and can be hard to read. Having it scroll sideways would help me find the information I am looking for easier by having it all on only a few lines and further spread out.
