When I was first in process of creating my site I used Twenty Ten. The calendar and pages widgets were able to be seen in the main sidebar. After completing the building of my site, I decided to switch back to Twenty Eleven, but nothing shows up in the sidebar. I like the Twenty Eleven theme better and would like to use it, but not without the sidebars being able to be seen. Help?
Are they there when you go to Appearance > Widgets? If not, add them.

Yes, Jonas, they are. Any ideas? Thanks.
You would have to post a link. Nobody will be able to guess. Did you check the source code?
this is so by design -
start by creating a child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes;
then possibly use a plugin to get the sidebars back
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/twenty-eleven-theme-extensions/
That's interesting. You may want to just switch themes, especially if you are new to all of this.
