Thanks for quick consideration,
Here is my requirement.
I have to create multiple sidebar (from custom_sidebar plugin) for leading forms that will be specific for each page also these forms will be categorize such as Short Sales forms and others.
For instance:
I’ve a form for Short Sales category.
Short Sales will be title that I need to get of sidebar.
that’s it.
