[resolved] Sidebar Text Appearing Black, but Code says its White (3 posts)

    I'm using the Sienna theme and my sidebar text is showing up black on the live site, but when I look at the CSS it is set to white (fff). When I use Firebug to look at the sidebar text, it says the text is white as well.

    What is wrong and why won't the text show up white? The headline is white and looks great.

    My site is: http://www.wesdak.chickencreekcommunications.com

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Amy

    Sounds like you're not using specific enough selectors

    Finally! I was able to find the .textwidget section of the CSS and add
    .textwidget { color:#fff }

    Then I needed to adjust the padding of the text widget and change the link color.

    I don't know why that needed to be so difficult in this theme!
