Sidebar still displaying list bullets?

    So I am trying to make my sidebar to not show bullets. I have applied the #primary{ list-style-type:none; } but its still displaying the bullets. I have add !important so that no other CSS was overwriting it but nothing changes… Any suggestions on why this is happening? Page Here
