Sidebar Positioning

I have just finished uploading my templates onto the server and the only problem I am having is with the positioning of my sidebar.

If you check out my link, – http://www.theresourced.com – you will see the sidebar has been pushed all towards the footer.

If you click on the one of the posts, the sidebar automatically repositions itself to the proper place.

If you click on any of the categories, the sidebar is once again pushed down towards the bottom.

It seems as though the more content is on a page, the farther down the sidebar is pushed and I have no idea as to how to fix it?

Any help, suggestions would be great!
