Sidebar Overlaps Footer (1 post)

    Hey all,

    I have read through all of the forums, tried everything, and still can't figure out how to solve this problem. My right sidebar overlaps the footer (when #footer has no position) or hides behind the footer (when #footer has "position: relative;").

    What I am trying to do is have the sidebar stop at the top of the footer, and NOT overlap or hide when someone scrolls to bottom of page.

    I know that the issue is caused by the #sidebar position: fixed; but I want to continue to have a fixed sidebar.

    **I am editing the styles.css when attempting to solve this**

    Site: http://slagdrop.com/home/stories/spencer/ticket-to-nowhere/

    Here is the #sidebar and #footer CSS

    #right-sidebar {

     	width: 290px;
     	position: fixed;
      	margin-left: 630px;

    }

    #footer {

    	position: relative;
    	clear: both;
        font-size: 12px;
    	min-width: 950px;
    	background: url("images/sback.png") repeat scroll 0 0 #2E3036;
    }

    Again, I have seen other forum posts about this, but I have yet to find a solution that works for my site. Maybe I am just too much of a noob.

    Thanks all!
