Interesting, if you make custom contact page with Url “contact” and template default, sidebar does not show untill you select “sidebar” template.
I solved it that way.
Yes but I would like to use the contact template, since I want to use the map. If I try and put a map myself, the map is not responsive and it does not look fine on mobile devices.
You would need to create a child theme and edit the contact.php page. It’s not possible by default the page was set up to be fullwidth. If you have the premium version you can have the map anywhere because there is a widget and a shortcode for it but thats not available with free.
