Sidebar not appearing on homepage in IE

For some reason I can’t view the sidebar in IE on the homepage. I’ve looked at all of the forums to try and find a solution, I’ve tried to re-adjust sizing in my CSS and nothing seems to be working. If anybody has any solutions or ideas it would be a great help!! Thanks!
