If your theme is not too complex, this can be done with some custom css.
Please post the url to the page.
Try this in your custom css:
div.sidebar ul li a:hover {
color: #213970;
background: #E0E0F0;
}
Hi Lorro,
I believe we did not understand each other. I am not looking for hover effect but effect of being on http://www.something.com/category where category item has special css effect apart from rest of the items to signalize the category being previewed is the one (in sidebar).
Imagine breadcroumbs’ category being highlighted as item in woocommerce sidebar category eshop widget. Uff, I am not sure, but I can make some photoshop example out of it.
Breadcrumbs is a good thing to check where I am at. However, even more obvious one is the sidebar “highlight” of current item selected AND VISITED.
*selected AND BEING VISITED AT THE MOMENT.*
OK, got it.
li.current-cat {
background: #E0E0F0;
}
I fell in love with you. Thank you!
