   I am using Prosense- blue and am trying to get the sidebar 1 menu to stay at the top of the page. It doesn't matter if I add ads, or any other widget in the box, they all get pushed down. Any ideas? The website is http://www.extreme-exercises.com

   Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
