Sidebar looks different on every page…

Hi guys,

i´m completely new to all the wordpress stuff an am having alot of problems.

For one thing my sidebar looks different on every page. For example:

http://lorenz-training.com/?s=härte (when using the search function)
vs.
http://lorenz-training.com/ (main page)
vs.
http://lorenz-training.com/masse-kraft-und-harte-durch-5×5/ (article)

As you can see the facebook like box keeps switching sizes, the aweber email form doesn´t appear in 2of the 3 pages and i just don´t get why…

does anyone have any ideas? and please keep in mind, that i´m completely new at this stuff.

Also, is it normal that when you change something in the widgets area it takes a couple of days to show up that way on the page? On wordpress.com i could change something and it would show immediatley.
