Sidebar links don't work (3 posts)

I am new to this and have tried to keep my blog simple, but have just realised that none of my sidebar links are working. I had a couple of widgets and plugins installed ( flicker photo albums and lightbox 2), but I have deactivated them all and installed the default theme, and only then activated the categories widget but still the sidebar links do not work.

Try updating your permalinks again. Should be under settings in your dashboard.

I have a similar problem. I upgraded from 2.0.3 to 2.6.2. The Upgrade appeared to run smoothly, but none of the default permalinks work now.

The url which used to work:

    http://mysite.com/blog/index.php/?c=1

now no longer works. It actually manages to work just fine if I get rid of the slash in front of the query string so that it looks like this:

    http://mysite.com/blog/index.php?c=1

    which works just fine.

What am I missing in the upgrade? Is there a configuration setting for this which isn't exposed in an obvious manner?
