Support » Themes and Templates » Sidebar is UL can I make text not UL?

    Hi,
The new theme I’m using (which I love btw) has the Sidebar set as an Unordered List. Which works great for the links and most recent posts widgets. But when I add a text widget it also comes up as an UL which is messing up the Nav Bar of my blogring amoung other things.

My question is can I keep the Sidebar as an UL over-all but make all the Text blocks just plain paragraphs? Or whatever it would take to make text/code to appear in an orderly fashion. I feel like this should be possible but I have no idea how to do it.

You can see the problem here

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

No, you really don’t want to do it that way.

Instead, try putting <P> tags around the text in your text widget. You can put any HTML you like into the text widget.

    Thanks Otto,

I tried putting the p tags around the code but each piece of the Nav Bar is still coming in on its own line. It’s supposed to look like this: << # WomenBloggers ? >>

    Instead it looks like this:
    <<
    #
    WomenBloggers
    ?
    >>

I appreciate your help very much.
