Sidebar dropped below static page content (2 posts)

Hi. I have two questions -

1)I changed my site to Twenty Ten 1.1 theme on Fri and everything looked fine. Not sure what I did, but now the entire sidebar content has dropped below the end of the static page contents. I've activated these plugins: Exclude Pages from Navigation; SEO Ultimate; Social Links; and WP Facebook Lite. Any help would be appreciated.

    2) How do I remove comments entirely from the site?

    Thank you.

Probably the best way to figure out which plugin is causing the issue is to deactivate them all, then re-activate them 1 by 1 and figure out which one is causing the problem by process of elimination.

It may be that one of these plugins is leaving a div open causing the page layout to discombobulate.

To remove comments you could just remove the comments section from the theme file, OR, go to settings -> discussion and uncheck the following:

Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
Allow people to post comments on new articles
