On a couple of pages the sidebar is directly under the post/content.

    Example 1
    Example 2

How can i get the sidebar at the side like it should? (Good example)

Either you've fixed it or you are using IE. I'm on a Mac and can't view on IE, but both pages look fine in Firefox.

I looked at your source on the first example and your html is pretty screwed up. You can't have html after the /html tag, which is what you have. It would be a lot easier to find the problem if you clean up the markup first.

if you are using 2.7 then look under setting then go to writing and there should be a check box at the top that says ave wordpress fix nesting errors

That won't fix the errors in the template files, only in the code that you put in the editor.

My error turned out to be a Google Webmasters verification tag!

    Go figure!
