   Im wondering if there is a sidebar plugin or widget that allows for custom sidebar content based on a specific page.

   Example: Homepage has different sidebar content then the About Us page.

   Does this exist or is it custom php?

   There's a plug-in called SBM.
   Unfortunately it doesn't work with WordPress version 2.2 and above.
