• The CSS for the default theme includes the following comment:

    /* Begin Lists

    	Special stylized non-IE bullets
    	Do not work in Internet Explorer,
            which merely default to normal bullets. */

    No, actually, they *don’t* default to normal bullets; they disappear entirely, and always have in every WP site I’ve ever created.

    I very much would like them to “merely default to normal bullets,” however, and I am hoping someone can tell me how to accomplish this feat.

    Thanks in advance.

    Also, not for nothing, but: isn’t there some way to just make the same right double angle quote show up for the list bullet in IE, too?? Cuz that’s what I’d really prefer.

    Wow. Is this really that much of a stumper? I figured somebody would have a solution posted in a matter of minutes. Guess I was a bit too optimistic!

    I’ve been troubleshooting our stylesheet for the past four hours, trying to figure out why I can’t get bullets to appear in my sidebar in IE, and/or get rid of the double bullets (one a disc, the other a double angle symbol) in Firefox.

    Does anybody know what’s going on? I can’t find any tag anywhere in the stylesheet that would be influencing this.
