I amended then deleted a page which disappeared from the header menu but left it's sidebar page bullet with a blank space next to it!
I believe I need to delete these lines of code to fix the problem;
<li class="page_item page-item-1466"><span> </span>
My problem is I don't know where to find this code.
Help please!

I can't see any "unattached" bullets or obviously missing page links in your horizontal or vertical menus.

See the vertical page menu on the left.
There is a gap between "IMAGES" and "JUNIORS"
Ah - it's only visible in IE8. Try:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.
