   Hi, I am trying to add a background color to my sidebar and have read some older posts on the topic and tried to apply the advice but none of the things i have applied have made a change. Does anyone know how I can do this? Here is my site http://www.fixitupwoman.com/

   Look at style.css and the entry #sidebar. That is where to add color.
