    I'm running a modified McFire theme and have run into a bit of trouble. The comment, trackback and permalink tags for the most recent post is aligning with the lowest item on any sidebar - either the left or the right.

    I'm now validating but the problem still exists. Anymore suggestions?

    You have a repeating <div> tag in your code that doesn't have class or id. Where does it come from?

    I believe that its coming from my index.php

    Remove the clear:both; from .feedback.

    That didn't seem to do anything...

    The only place I could find 'clear: both' was in the footer tag in my style sheet. Removing this had no effect.

    This one (from your current styles.css):
    .feedback {
    color: #333;
    text-align: left;
    /*background: #FAFAFA;*/
    width: auto;
    padding-right: 4px;
    /*border-right:1px dashed #999;
    border-left:1px dashed #999;
    border-bottom:1px solid #999;
    border-bottom:1px solid #999;*/
    padding-top: 5px;
    padding-bottom: 15px;
    clear: both;
    }
