Sidebar and footer problem

    My sidebar widgets aren’t showing up on my blog and are not editable in wp-admin. It shows that X number of widgets are installed but won’t show them in the list like it used to. And my sidebars are missing as is my footer on my blog.

    I have reinstalled my wordpress installation and imported by database – widgets were showing up on the blog before we completed importing all my posts. One of the errors I was getting was:
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home2/rickand1/public_html/blog/wp-includes/post.php on line 1963

    (that is what was showing up instead of my sidebars, but then the support people at my hosting company got rid of that error but I still have no widgets).
