   I have a Themes Template that has a sidebar. There are several things on the sidebar that came with the template and when I drag and drop a Widget to the sidebar, all of the things that were built into the Themes Sidebar are gone. Only the Widget that I Drag and Drop is there. How can I ADD a widget to the sidebar without eliminating the things that are already there?

   It's the way that the theme was designed, most themes will also work like this to give the user the most control of their sidebar.

   Not sure understand your reply. Are you saying that I can't add a widget without eliminating the built-in items?
