Side bar dropped to bottom of page

Theme: Hyaline 1.11 by Eduardo….the side bars, there are two of them. Have dropped from the side of the page, down to the bottom of the page and on the left side. I want them back up at the top and on the right side. I am not sure why they jumped down to the bottom. at one time they were in the correct place.
