   I just downloaded the SI-Captcha for the blog I am setting up for my Mom. I installed it and activated it with no problems, but when I click on settings, it tells me that I do not have permission to access that page. I checked, and I am logged in as Admin.

   What am I doing wrong?

   I have only setup 1 account on the blog so far as well. I am not sure where I turn permission on for that for the admin.
