   the content area seemed to shrink compared to the nav and header.

   You're cutting and pasting from Word. Don't. All the extra formatting messes up the html and layout. Only cut and paste plain text from NotePad.

   Don't cut and paste from Word. Type in your content or past from NotePad.

   I understand for the future but how do i fix the problem now? Do I have to go into every page and remove the copy and paste clean copy in?
