   I installed blog in my host. When I open it shows only text. No formation no images.

   and /blog/wp-admin/ said:

   "Forbidden
   You don't have permission to access /blog/index.php on this server.
   Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

   Please tell me what is the problem and what is the solution please.

   File permissions. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

   You need to let the files and folders be readable by the username the web server is running as.
