@slm_xd there is a patch required for Optin Revolution to work with w3tc. Going by the error the directory is not writable if you check your W3TC setting you will see a notice or warning telling you what you need to do and the directory that need to be writable to allow Optin Revolution to apply the patch.

I deactivated W3CT and was able to use this plugin. Thanks

Cool. Thanks for the reply. We do work with W3CT but it needs to apply the patch. 🙂

    I follow the W3TC instructions, but i can’t activate the plugin 🙁

    The message:

Call to undefined function optinrev_w3tc_patch() in /the-path…wp-content/plugins/optin-revolution/optinrev-fn.php on line 15

Ok, i disable W3TC, but WordPress system crash, displaying this line Call to undefined function optinrev_w3tc_patch() in /the-path…wp-content/plugins/optin-revolution/optinrev-fn.php on line 15

    Please check the code :/

I believe I’m having the same issue. I downloaded the plugin and crashed my entire Wordress site. I’m unable not even able to access the login page to access my dashboard. Unable to disable the plugin as all I can reach is a page stating “Fatal error: Call to undefined function optinrev_w3tc_patch() in /home/’my website’/’my url’/wp-content/plugins/optin-revolution/optinrev-fn.php on line 15”
