mixvioI use a static page for the front of my site, but I would like to add a quick line up at the top showing something to the effect of when the blog itself was last updated, so someone at a glance can look at the front page and see the last time a new blog entry was posted.
Basically the front page serves as an "about," and the blog itself has "news." I would like some way to show on the front page when a new blog entry has been posted.
Is this possible and easy? Ideally the code would be something I can add to the page's entry itself, but if necessary I can modify the template.
