Can you please enable the Data Inspector from the plugin options and check if there is a real username reported in the data inspector?
I enabled Data Inspector and it just gave me a white page, had to delete plugin via FTP to get my website back.
I have sinced tried to re-add the plugin and when I activated it gives me the same white page making my website un-viewable?

Can you give us more information about your setup? It seems something is clashing with our plugin. The information I need is:
1. What plugins you have installed
2. What version of WordPress you are using
3. What version of PHP you are using etc
Please note that it is better not to disclose any of such information hence it would be better to send such info directly to use via email on plugins@wpwhitesecurity.com

I seem to have the same issue and have traced some IP addresses back to the same location in Germany and the US. I’ve installed the Data Inspector but don’t know how to use it. What should I look for?

First of all thanks for using our plugin.
As instructed via email, once you enable the data inspector you should see a small icon next to each alert. Click on that icon to see more details about the alert in question.
We would need a screenshot of those details for now. Once we have more information we will instruct you of what to do next via email.

I can confirm that we identified the issue and solved it. We should be releasing an update of the plugin later on this week or next week, though in the meantime you can download the fix from this location.
Note: Right click the link, copy the link and copy it in a new browser for it to work and download the plugin update.
