Showing page hits behind link

I’ve been searching Google for a long time now, trying to solve my problem.

On my page i want to display only the blog-titles. For each title i want to display how many hits each post has. Almost forum-like. I can’t find a plugin or tag to solve this problem. Anyone out there who has figured out an solution?
