   Is there a way to show one genre of news on the index at all times?

   Let's say I only want tech news to show instead of all my news. Is this possible for the index page?

   Yes, there are several ways to do it:
   1. Use a plugin (that limits the categories displayed on the index)
   2. Custom Loop
