   I am working on a plain text version of my template and so far I can show the headline (linking to the post) the category (linking to a category page) and the blurb.... But I would like to show the full url of each blurb also. How can I do that?

   You mean like the template tag, the_permalink?

   wow thanks! that's exactly wut i wus looking for... there is no way to show the permalink on another format here right? right now its showing the URL with the full headline.htm... is there a way to make it show a shorter version instead without having to change the global displays from the homepage?
